Positive Pay

Positive Pay is our tool for business customers to help detect check fraud. It reduces the risk of losing money due to fraudulent activity.

How it works

With Positive Pay, you upload a list of issued checks. Our Positive Pay system then matches the date, check number and dollar amount of each check presented against that list to protect against forged, altered and counterfeit checks. Checks that are considered suspicious are sent back to you for inspection. This gives you the chance to examine and approve any questionable checks, reducing the chances that any fraudulent checks are processed.
